We’ll hopefully be adding a few more galleries of ice sculptures for food and drink very soon (ice bowls, perhaps?). One thing we probably won’t offer though, is cocktail ice. Sure, we use ice balls and even some oversized ice cubes in our sculptures, but cocktail ice just isn’t our jam. However, we work closely with another company who DOES do cocktail ice, and they do it very well: Melt New Orleans
