this pic of this fleur de lis bar at Harrah’s Hotel drives me crazy every time I see it because it’s so close to being just right! But the pic is a little blurry and the bar is a little crooked. Can someone PLEASE give me another shot at it?

the Omni Royal Orleans was the first site of my first New Orleans ice sculpture, years ago. Not going to show you that one 😬, but check out this monogram ice bar and fleur de lis luge! The florist killed it too!

oh, this is another oldie but goodie. Our current bars are a bit more elegant and detailed, but this one was pretty good at the time! Plus, you know, there were 2 of them, so that helps.

can you believe this bar was all the way in New Mexico?! I used to live there, so this sort of thing has actually happened a few times. Plus, NM is only 2 states away from LA. The only thing that sucks is that one of the 2 is Texas 🙁

this bar was for a cool wedding on the Alabama coast. The bulldog subject of the bar attended the reception as well! No word on whether or not he decided to pee on the ice bar. But could you blame him?

after the fact, I’m not totally sure why Big Ben is in this ice luge/bar combo at the Roosevelt Hotel New Orleans. I don’t remember if that was the honeymoon or what. But the lemons in the bartop remind me that this bar was for lemon drops 🍋

See, if we’d hired a better web designer, he would have already filled this section with compelling content about ice bars and we would have already gone viral or whatever it is when you get popular on the internets. But no! He keeps complaining about how he doesn’t have a life and he’ll fix it later. I think he’s really spending all his time on the computer playing Fortnite, but I haven’t caught him yet.
