Mardi Gras ice makes up a large portion of our holiday ice sculptures on the site and this is a very large Mardi Gras mask!

Orpheus parades on Lundi Gras, the day before Mardi Gras. On the day before that, on Sunday, they would have their Captain’s party, while Bacchus rolled. We’ve made a bunch of these double luges for that party.

Easter Sunday is a big day for most ice sculptors. A lot of venues put on big Easter brunches. So Easter figures into a lot of our holiday ice sculpture selections.

this lop-eared Easter Bunny is definitely in the running for cutest ice sculpture we’ve ever done. There’s a baby elephant over in ‘baby showers’ but this one is tough to beat!

in New Orleans, Gulf shrimp figures into a lot of meals. And one of the best ways to serve boiled shrimp to a lot of guests is with a shrimp luge. We hate boring holiday ice sculptures, so we made this very fishy luge for Red Fish Grill’s Easter brunch.

one of the most amusing things about Cinco de Mayo is that it’s apparently a bigger holiday in the states than it is in Mexico 😳 Regardless, it is a good excuse to try some tequila, especially through an ice luge.

if I didn’t already know, I’d be curious how this Statue of Liberty had such a strong greenish tint at a well lit event. It’s the pool behind it that’s helping out!

it’s HOT 🔥 on the Gulf coast in the middle of summer! So…ice sculptures?! YES!! And actually, we have techniques to make our ice last a LOT longer in the hot summer!

this guy is pretty interesting, since he’s the result of crossing a Jägermeister double ice luge with our classic Rudolph bust sculpture. And he’s sure to make your holiday party a lot more fun!

ice cornucopias always make for a nice Thanksgiving presentation. Unless of course, you can’t get the fruit and veggies to stay put.

when ice sculptors talk about carving a turkey, they usually mean something like this, not with an actual turkey. Plus, this one holds shrimp, which works out really well if you have access to as much fresh gulf shrimp as New Orleans does.

Mr. Bingle is New Orleans’ version of Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer. He’s not a reindeer, but he has a red nose and was invented by a department store, just like Rudolph

New Year’s Eve parties are big deal and this party had a big New Years ice sculpture!
